Once a student registers for the Fair, they will be given information regarding participating employers’ hiring criteria, offices/cities for which each employer is interviewing, and J.D. year(s) required by the employer.
Students will have the opportunity to submit their resume to 25 employers. Employers will have the opportunity to pre-select half of their interview schedule. With pre-selection, an employer is assured of meeting certain students in which it is interested among those students expressing an interest in that particular employer.
The remaining one-half of the employer schedule will be filled at random based on student bidding. Interviews will be conducted in private cubicles set up in the ballroom of the hotel.
